At The Boat Bloke, we are committed to ensuring that you are satisfied with your purchase. We understand that sometimes you may need to return an item. Please read our Returns and Refunds Policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations when returning items purchased from our online store.

  1. Eligibility for Returns
 

You may be eligible for a return and refund under the following conditions:

  1. Damaged or Defective Items:If the item you received is damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving the item. We will arrange for the return of the damaged or defective item and provide you with a replacement or a refund, including any applicable shipping costs.
  2. Incorrect Item Received:If you received an incorrect item, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving the item. We will arrange for the return of the incorrect item and provide you with the correct item or a refund, including any applicable shipping costs.
  3. Returns Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us:Email our customer support at support@theboatbloke.comwith the subject line “Return Request.” Provide your order number, details of the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. Return Authorization:Returns will NOT be accepted on electrical or used parts.  Parts that are deemed to be defective will be replaced.

    Upon completion of testing (All items are returned to CDI Electronics and can take up to 6 months for a result), any parts deemed to be in working order will be returned to you and recharged to you.  

    Any fuel related product, mechanical or electrical, returned as defective will be tested to determine failure.  If debris or ethanol was the cause of premature failure, credit or refund will NOT be issued.  

  3. Package the Item:Securely package the item in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation, if applicable.
  4. Return Shipment:Ship the item to the address provided along with the RA number. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in cases where the return is due to a damaged or defective item or an incorrect item received.
  5. Refunds

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund as follows:

  1. Damaged or Defective Items:If the item is confirmed to be damaged or defective, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, including any applicable shipping costs.
  2. Incorrect Item Received:If you received an incorrect item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, including any applicable shipping costs.
  3. Change of Mind Returns:We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind returns. Please choose your items carefully and review your order before completing the purchase.
  4. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will process your cancellation and issue a refund. If your order has already been shipped, you may initiate a return as outlined in this policy.

If you wish to cancel a consultation appointment, please contact us as soon as possible. We refund consultations when they are cancelled within 24 hours prior to the consultation.
